During a week, you may book up to nine hours in total. You can book multiple sessions per day, but must take a break between any two sessions of 30 minutes at the Library of Birmingham or 20 minutes at community libraries. Bookings are held for 10 minutes from the session start time. At the library, go straight to the booked computer and enter your library card number and PIN.

Booking a computer
On every Friday in every library, computers are free to use for all, to include free access to Microsoft Office 2016 applications. Children under 8 years must be accompanied by a parent or carer when accessing the internet on library computers and loanable tablets. There is free internet access using Internet Explorer or Chrome on the library computers or use the free wifi on your smart phone or tablet.
